Sharon’s career spans financial planning, wealth transfer strategy and retirement plan design for both qualified and non-qualified plans. She has served as a fee-based financial planner and advisor, providing clients with comprehensive guidance in retirement, estate planning and long-term financial security. Earlier in her career, she was a founding principal of DBG&H Unlimited, Inc., a marketing, public relations, and advertising firm, where she partnered with creative and account service teams to develop branding and messaging strategies for companies across the Southwest.

A committed community leader, Sharon played an instrumental role in establishing the Dallas Women’s Foundation and has served on the boards of the Women Accounting and Finance Alliance, the Community Council of Greater Dallas and multiple nonprofit advisory boards, including the Dallas Foundation and the Kilby Foundation.

Sharon’s academic background reflects a broad and inclusive educational path. She earned her MSFS from the Institute of Business and Finance, an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from the University of Dallas with an additional academic experience at Mary Hardin Baylor University.

She is recognized for her ability to transform complex business environments, drive operational excellence, and position organizations for sustainable growth. Debbie brings deep expertise in business process improvement, governance, security strategy, program and project leadership, strategic sourcing, and enterprise transformation.

Throughout her career, Debbie has guided organizations through high-stakes challenges—including bankruptcy turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, large-scale systems implementations, enterprise architecture redesigns, and technology modernization initiatives. She has served in executive roles such as COO, CTO, CIO, Exec. Program Manager, and Senior Exec. Vice President, consistently delivering measurable improvements in revenue, efficiency, compliance, and organizational capability. Her work involved working with companies ranging from $12B global corporations to national manufacturers and logistics firms. Debbie’s consulting leadership spans both corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has served as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, private equity stakeholders, and boards of directors, providing insight into mission-critical strategic planning, organizational assessment, and technology decisions. Her nonprofit contributions include pro bono strategic consulting for arts, youth, and social-service organizations, along with service on numerous boards and advisory councils.

A U.S. Air Force veteran with Top Secret/SBI/SCI clearance, Debbie served in both the Pacific and European theaters with intelligence communications units. She has received national recognition, including the Stevie Award for International Female Entrepreneur of the Year, and maintains active engagement in leadership, technology, and professional organizations.
