quick closings

GYA Capital is committed to closing loans as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once all required documentation is received, most loans can close in approximately 14 days. However, gathering and submitting all necessary documentation can take three to four weeks. For planning purposes, we recommend allowing around 30 days from start to finish whenever possible.
